Gabriele Recker

A proud UT Dallas graduate, Gabriele has primarily utilized her BS in Business Administration for Marketing and Communications in the high-tech industry, building on her initial Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical engineering. She held management positions at Texas Instruments DMOS5, STI Wafer Inspection Division, and Cisco Systems in Richardson. Her first job was as a Draftsmen at Sandia Laboratories in Albuquerque.   After enduring the Tech market crash followed by the 2008 Great Recession, Gabriele needed to reinvent herself to find work in the following tight market.  Fortunately, her good hustle paid dividends as she found doors opening to various opportunities over the next decade, predominantly in professional administrative roles, which added valuable new skills to her repertoire. 

Since joining the Longhorn Wealth Management Group in April 2017, Gabriele has put her multifaceted skill set to work for the firm, focusing primarily on communications and marketing management.  When you come to visit our office, you will find Gabriele greeting you warmly at the front, offering to assist you in any way she can.  

On a personal note, Gabriele follows politics as a sport. She especially loves to watch presidential debates and judicial confirmation hearings, viewing them as verbal boxing matches. Gabriele also takes her Christian faith quite seriously and is an active member of the Murphy Road Baptist Church. Gabriele has been married to her husband, John, for over 30 years, raised her twin boys in Plano, and now has three charming grandbabies to enjoy.
